 ***Please Note***
The event quote that you receive isn't just for the hours the DJ plays music.
If your event is 5 hours in length. There is more involved than just those 5 hours.
Usually there is approx. 15 hours more of planning, consultations, set-up & tear down, and other behind the scenes business endeavors that happen to make your event a success!

 Some factors that effect the costs are:
* The duration of the event
* The amount of extra planning that may be involved
* The travel distance to and from the event (No charge within 50 miles of Uxbridge, MA)
* Whether additional sound reinforcement needs to be bought in 
          
Anything over the contracted performance time will result in an overtime price of $80.00 per half hour increments. This must be approved by the venue first, and must be paid in cash.

Extreme distances that might require an overnite stay in a hotel along with meal expenses will be billed accordingly (very rare)

          

NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER: 50% of total is due with signed contract. (This amount ensures that the block of time that you contracted is "Blacked Out" just for you. Any 3rd party service requests made for this particular date WILL be turned away.)

REMAINING BALANCE: The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to event date.If paying by Personal Check or Credit/Debit card through Paypal. (This is to allow all funds to clear the bank).
If client prefers to pay the remaining balance with Cash, Money Order, Certified Bank Check. It is due before equipment setup on the contracted event date at the specified venue.
If final remaining payment is not received. Set-up of equipment and performance will be delayed.
(So, try not to forget the payment at home please )


LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Events that are booked within 14 days prior the event date is considered a "Last Minute Booking". If company is available and agrees to service such event. Signing of the contract as well as full payment is due as soon as both parties can meet in person to complete the transaction.
Full Payment of services can be made by Certified Bank Check or Cash only for this type of situation.
